Agile Billing is the Software Design solution for airport billing. The system allows the management of invoicing fees, handling services and infrastructure use for both airport authorities and handlers. Agile Billing can be configured to manage different airports for the same legal entity (multi-airport configuration).

Agile Billing is integrated with the ATM module, if present, to acquire aircraft handling data, with the RB-HR Real Time module,if present, for the acquisition of data relating to handling services and with all other infrastructure resource management systems for the accounting of ICBs (Centralized Basic Infrastructures). Anyway, Agile Billing can interface with any other flight acquisition system as the interface is based on an exchange of files and db-views

Agile Billing aims to provide an integrated environment for the invoicing of fees, services and infrastructure use for both airport authorities and handlers.

Agile Billing although open to the integration of all types of airport services, currently includes the management of active invoicing of the following categories of data:

• Airport charges
• Handling Services
• Management of ICBs

The system can accept operational data from external systems and can export data to specific accounting systems.

In case of integration in the Agile Airport framework, the billing system, depending on the actual installation in the specific airport instance, interfaces with the ATM module to acquire aircraft handling data and with the RB-HR Real Time module (if present) for the acquisition of data concerning handling services provided to aircraft.

The objective of the Agile Billing is to be really simple and quick to use letting open the doors for future evolutions

Agile Billing is mainly targeted towards airports with less complex operations, and specifically, those already have an ERP system. It can be installed in “stand-alone” mode,in case an ERP system is already present at the airport, or inside the “easyERP” solution.
