Aeronautical revenues paid by carriers and passengers on average sum up to around 50% of total airport revenues.

Non-aeronautical revenues from sources such as retail, car parking, real estate, advertising and ancillary services are still far from the rates expected for so-called “aggressive airports”. Unless of a significant growth in passenger traffic, to increase airport revenues must necessarily be fostered by services linked directly or indirectly to the management of passengers.

Access to digital technologies to achieve such objectives can be too hard for many airport. Software Design idea is based on the provisioning of an All In One solution for all non aeronautical business.

These solutions, working in unison, allow to create new operational processes: a passenger who purchases goods in airport stores can show the virtual Fidelity Card and obtain loyalty points. The credits acquired can then be used to book a FastTrack coupon that allows to access to FastTrack simply by bringing the smartphone to the tablet of the gate. All data managed by field systems and loyalty programs are stored and aggregated in a CRM (Customer Relationships Management) platform, dedicated to the management of relationships with customers, to create profiled contacts. These profiles can be used to appropriately manage marketing activities.

The objective of the Agile Nab is to be really simple and quick to use letting open the doors for future evolutions
