Ruffo di Calabria snc – 80144 Naples (hereinafter “SD”), as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that the personal data you provide through this website (in the use, for example, of the possibility of forwarding your CV in the “Careers” section) may be processed, in compliance of the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations, in the manner and for the purposes set out below.
The treatment will be carried out in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
Types of personal data being processed
Personal data may consist of your personal data such as name / surname, contact data such as email address. When using the “Careers” section of the site, there may be a provision of your Personal Data falling within the category of special categories of Personal Data referred to in art. 9 of the GDPR Regulation. We invite you not to publish such data unless strictly necessary and in any case to express explicit consent to the processing of particular categories of Personal Data, should you decide to share such information.
We also inform you that, for the purposes of selection, SD may decide to analyze the professional social profiles you have made freely available on the Internet (eg LinkedIn).

Purpose of the processing and legal basis
The Personal Data provided by Users are collected and used by SD, including through IT tools and procedures, for the following purposes: (1) purposes directly connected and instrumental to the provision and management of the Service (for example requests for assistance); (2) subject to the User’s consent, commercial information, marketing and market surveys, sending advertising material relating to SD products and services or third party advertisers; (3) subject to the User’s consent, detection of the quality of the Services and the degree of User satisfaction, carried out both directly and with the collaboration of specialized companies; (4) statistical surveys; (5) subject to the User’s consent, CV analysis and contact with candidates who have submitted their application through the “Work with us” section; (6) fulfillment of any legal, accounting and tax obligations; (7) purposes related to access management at our offices.
The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partial, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in the previous points will make it impossible for SD to proceed with the provision of the Service.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated is art. 6 (1) a-b-c of the GDPR Regulation.
There is no profiling activity on the data communicated.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be shared with external natural and / or legal persons (such as consultants, credit institutions, third party suppliers, etc.) who provide services that are instrumental to the Controller’s activities. These subjects will typically operate as data processors.
Furthermore, your personal data may be communicated, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, to subjects to whom such communication must be made in order to fulfill specific obligations established by laws, regulations and / or community legislation.
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, that is, it will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation.
We also inform you that (without prejudice to the request for your consent in the cases provided for by law) the Personal Data you provide may be made accessible, for the purposes mentioned above, to SD employees and collaborators, as persons authorized to process and committed to confidentiality.
Transfers of personal data
Personal data are stored on electronic archives located in EU. The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations outside the EU. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.
Data retention
Your personal data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, respecting the principle of minimization referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. After the termination of the contractual relationship, personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.
Regarding the CVs sent through the “Careers” form, the Personal Data will be kept as long as the position for which the CV was sent is available or, in case of spontaneous application, up to 2 years.
Methods of data processing
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in ways that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in addition to compliance with specific obligations. sanctioned by law.
The processing is carried out directly by the owner’s organization, by its managers and / or agents.
Your rights
You have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, to access your personal data, to correct or delete them or to oppose their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, to revoke the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR at any time; to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation; as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
