AGILE OPERATIONS

Agile Operations is an All-In-One solution for Regional Airports based on a flexible architecture and configuration tools to customize functional behavior. It is composed of sophisticated tools bringing the best of breed in terms of innovation in airport management for all airport stakeholders.

Agile Operations guarantees an APOC approach to monitoring of any airport infrastructure and activities by following modules:

  • Monitoring dashboards 
  • Ramp Monitor 
  • Active Alarms 

The seamless operations management is allowed by following powerful tools:

  • RMS Real Time mainly for mobile management of turnaround process
  • Collaborative Flight Management 
  • Flight Information Services for passenger information on display units

All back-office tools can be used on staff workstations without any installation being the software designed on J2EE technology. An internet browser is the only middleware needed.

At the end Agile Operations makes available a fantastic mobile tool named StaffUp to bring any airport relevant information and related KPI on smartphone to empower any airport stakeholder and it can be exploited on Android and IOS devices.

The objective of the Agile Operations is to be really simple and quick to use letting open the doors for future evolutions

The proposal structure is based on:

  • Core Platform which represents the basic initial provisioning to manage the airport (AODB,TimeTable,Flight Forecasting, FIND, Flight Management, Ramp Monitor Light, Resorce Brain HR Real Time Light, APOC Dashboard Light, StaffUp, Energy Manager Light)
  • Add On modules which can enrich operations in future stages through advanced monitoring and optimization functionalities (Resource Brain HR Full, Ramp Monitor Full, Energy Manager Full, ACDM Light, Resource Brain Fixed Resources)

AIRPORT CAPACITY OPTIMIZATION

Each airport has as its main mission the optimization of operations to increase airport capacity and ensure the efficiency necessary to cope with the growth estimates in air traffic that have alternated so far. Some things have been done but there is still a lot to do with particular reference to Regional Airports to optimize the turnaround. Indeed, ramp activities are the core element of airport management and the most critical point due to the involvement of various stakeholders who are sometimes not sufficiently coordinated and integrated.

EASY ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

A key factor that has certainly slowed down the achievement of high standards of operational efficiency is to be found in the difficulty of exploiting the power of the technological innovation. Transport will no longer be the same, it will be necessary to react to future national regulations and ensure safe travel in a less comfortable scenario that can lead to a reduction in airport capacity: more space required for each passenger in the terminal and on the plane, longer checks and intensification of cleaning and sanitation procedures. It is a never-before-seen challenge for all air transport stakeholders.
