  • Training. Each system installed in an airport is accompanied by training sessions, both theoretical and practical, which provide users with all the information necessary to efficiently use the released systems.
  • 24/7 Help Desk. It is a second level of help desk aimed at supporting airport operators. The Help Desk can be active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year in both Italian and English.
  • System Integration. Software Design technicians can provide a mature experience in terms of system integration in the following areas: wireless solutions, CRM and ERP, ebusiness, etc.
  • AOSnice Certification. Software Design provides a specialized certification service for software producers or end customers who intend to certify their solutions within the AOSnice platform.
  • Outsourcing. Software Design proposes itself as a win-to-win partner for ambitious projects by providing global or specialized outsourcing services for individual areas of intervention regulated by Service Level Agreements that have been agreed, tracked and verified on an ongoing basis.
